The project examines and demonstrates how a visitor’s farm with accommodation options can create a refuge for city residents. It is a study of simple cabins in the coastal landscape of Færder in Norway. The project reflects the farm’s traditions as well as farm and agricultural operations through the production of apple cider. Visitors should be able to form a close relationship to the coastal landscape and understanding into the depths of cider production.
